Our History
Secure Alliance was founded in 2020 by a registered nurse and a former Marine with a passion for creating innovative solutions- during the pandemic helping small businesses, schools, and residential group facilities overcome the supply chain issues created by the COVID-19 pandemic. Over the years, we have grown into a leading Respiratory Protection company, serving clients in a wide range of industries.

We’ve taken what was once a fragmented and manual process and built a system that automates the administrative burden, increases accuracy, and delivers real-time data to safety teams. To date, we’ve processed over 10,000 medical evaluations and fit tested more than 4,000 individuals using MedFitPro technologies. We’re currently serving healthcare and behavioral health systems across Washington State—and we’re now scaling into corrections, construction, and other high-risk industries where OSHA 1910.134 compliance is non-negotiable.
